It was clean with really helpful staff at reception desk. The location was unbeatable, relatively close to a vast pedestrianized public square.
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Fairly clean property with excellent and efficient staff at reception desk. Excellent location in the center of Madrid, in the perfectly safe area. Again, walking distance to Prado National Museum.

All in all unbeatable and excellent setting close enough to the centre of Madrid-highly recommended, the galleries, Retiro Park, Plaza Santa Anna and center of Madrid. Easy walk to Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. Beautiful building and rooms in the wardrobes. Good choice of outstanding food for meals.

Make sure to get triple room with fantastic modern shower, a view to, 2 double beds. Particularly good and fantastic setting, it's just next door to Extremely close to Gran Vía as well as Plaza Mayor even closer to the Prado.

It was in a very central setting close to the metro system. Spent our evenings in nearby El Tigre enjoying drinks and atmosphere. The room we had included an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV set.
